Any aesthetician BPs who would be willing to do a 3-way call with one of my prospects who owns a spa? She has some questions regarding selling wholesale vs. retail and the "need" for people to walk out of the store with a bottle in hand as opposed to ordering on line. Better for it to come from someone else instead of me.

Chris Camps Mastin: Personal opinion, selling retail is VERY short-sighted. ADO is the only way to go (iMHO)

Chris Kelly: Chris Camps Mastin and that is why we teach how to sell off the shelf and have it replaced with the first order shipped to the new ADO pc

Chris Kelly: sent to the salon instead of the PC. She gets her product right now and it's replaced AND the salon gets a free bottle

Chris Camps Mastin: Do you go back in and change the shipping address for the second ADO shipment?

Chris Kelly: No...when you sign up a pc, it gives you the option to send the first order to a diff. address. Then the ado goes to the customer the following month.

Chris Kelly: I have salons doing this all the time... building their residual income, getting free product... as a former salon owner myself this is a dream come true!

Kim Nelson-Ingram: OH! I have seen where they ask if they want the first shipment to go to another address! Would never have thought of that!

Chris Camps Mastin: OOOHHH, I need to suggest this to my shop owner..So sell a bottle at $80 that they walk out with. But get all their infor to Sign them up for ADO. First bottle gets shipped to Shop, second bottle gets shipped to PC? if I understand this correctly....

Chris Kelly: Sign them up as ADO... do not collect money, order the product, first bottle ships to salon, put in CC info, complete order. Hand customer bottle... the replacement bottle ships to salon... done deal, new pc who has product in hand. Salon gets it replaced and gets a free one...

Anne Brazil: Is the salon the brand partner? If not.. Who is?

Monique Hendrick: I'm assuming customer will be paying the shipping to have bottle replaced. Anyway around that?

Jeanette Stocking: Monique...customer always pays shipping on ado regardless of where it's going. Otherwise they'd be paying the salon directly $110 for the retail cost of it. :)

Monique Hendrick: Just wondering when they take it out of the salon @$80 and then you set it up ADO, who is paying the shipping for replacing that 1st bottle. Sounds like the customer would be ?

Chris Kelly: They are NOT paying the salon... they are ordering it and they are paying for it as a preferred customer to Nerium... all that is happening is the salon is getting a PC and the customer walks away with the bottle which is replaced by the initial order being sent to the salon.

Chris Kelly: And they are getting their residual and a free bottle for Nerium Gives Back and the customer is saving money and eligible for 3urFree
